We want you to love your Coobie Bra, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or seamless size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local mail carrier or drop it off at the designated carrier location, then wait for our email confirmation once your refund is processed.
